1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to females aged 17 to 35 years.

• Participants must be of African descent or identify with African culture.

• Participants must reside in a location where such contests are legally permitted.

• By registering, contestants confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Registration

• All contestants must register through the official Blaq Empress website or authorized partners.

• Registration must include a clear photo, basic details, and a personal statement/story.

• By registering, you give Blaq Definition the right to use your content (photo, name, bio) for promotional and contest purposes.

3. Voting and Earnings

• Voting is conducted online. Each vote is paid for by supporters through our voting platform.

• Contestants will receive up to 60% of the total revenue generated from votes cast for them.

• Vote earnings are not automatically credited. Contestants must request payouts through the official process.

• Payouts are processed within 7–14 business days after a valid request is submitted.

• Any manipulation of the voting system (bots, fake votes, etc.) will result in disqualification without refund or payout.

4. Winner Selection and Prizes

• The winner is determined by the highest number of valid votes at the end of the contest.

• In the event of a tie, Blaq Definition reserves the right to use a tie-breaker method (e.g., panel interview or final challenge).

• The grand prize includes:

  • Up to ₦200,000 cash prize

  • CAC business registration

  • Free business branding

  • Professional logo creation

  • Magazine features

  • Plaque and certificate

• Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash (except the cash prize itself).

• Contestant must have not less than 4,000 votes to win

• Winners may be required to verify their identity before receiving rewards.

5. Content Rights

• By entering the contest, you grant Blaq Definition a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your images, name, story, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes related to Blaq Empress and its partners.

• You confirm that all submitted content (photo, bio, etc.) is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Code of Conduct

• All participants and supporters must engage respectfully.

• Any form of harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abuse will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the platform.

• Contestants are expected to represent themselves and the Blaq Empress brand with dignity and integrity.

7. Disqualification

Blaq Definition reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who:

• Submits false or misleading information

• Engages in vote manipulation

• Violates these terms and conditions

• Behaves in a way that brings the contest or brand into disrepute

8. Refund Policy

• All votes and registrations are non-refundable.

• In the rare case of a system error or duplicate charge, participants can email support for review.

9. Changes to the Contest

Blaq Definition reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time with or without notice

• Change rules, dates, prizes, or eligibility as necessary to ensure fairness and integrity

10. Limitation of Liability

• Blaq Definition is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or other problems that may affect participation or voting.

• Participation is at your own risk. We do not guarantee any earnings or outcomes.

• In no event shall Blaq Definition be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

11. Privacy

• All personal data submitted will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for unrelated purposes.
